Highlights From The Year

Fairs, Fetes And Fun

Spring fairs, Christmas Fairs, Autumn fetes and more are the lynch pins of our retirement villages, where residents play a welcoming and active role in their local communities.

This year our retirement villages across NSW used their annual events to hold market, art and craft stalls, provide entertainment for young and old alike, as well as photo booths and tours for individuals and families who look forward to the yearly occasions.

All of this was combined with sausage sizzles and Devonshire Tea and international cuisines.

We have nine retirement villages spread across Sydney and as far north as Alstonville. We cater to a broad range of tastes in retirement living. From those wishing to enjoy the lifestyle of Gracewood’s luxurious apartments, to those who enjoy the villa lifestyle.

The Gracewood Stage 2

Our award-winning community living development saw two releases of one, two and three bedroom apartments this year as part of the launch of Stage 2, with the first release selling out in just six weeks.

The community has been buzzing, with current residents participating in over 10 different sales events held throughout the year, bringing the total number of deposits received for the final release to over 70% as of 30 June 2016.

The Gracewood is currently home to 109 residents, and continues to be a hub of activity with a calendar of social events, the gym, pool, gardens and Men’s Shed all keeping residents busy.

Chef, Chamara Pathiranage, has also opened up The Gracewood’s restaurant for residents and their friends once a month, with communal dining in the modern venue, located just a short stroll from residents’ apartments and looking out over the Cumberland Forest, setting the tone for his seasonal menu.
